Farrans set to take part in national work experience programme with Speakers for Schools

As part of a partnership with Speakers for Schools, Farrans is set to take part in a national work experience programme this week called Step Towards Employment (STEP) on 16th-18th November from 9:30am-1pm for students aged 14-19.

Students will engage in a total of six workshops throughout the 3 days including:

 

Careers in Construction

Communication

Health & Safety

Commercial

Sustainability &

Employability Skills

 

Each of the sessions are full of fun packed activities and real-life scenarios. All future employers will look favourably upon participation as it develops skills and competencies sought by all. This is a fantastic opportunity for students to showcase their resilience during times of uncertainty and get involved in the most well-rounded work experience ever offered by Farrans.
