First base poured at Enoch Hill Wind Farm

🍃 The first of fifteen bases has been poured at Enoch Hill Wind Farm. 🍃

Excellent progress is being made at our site at Enoch Hill Wind Farm in Scotland, where we are the main contractor for our client RWE.

This week we have poured the first of fifteen concrete bases in preparation for the arrival of the turbines. The pour included 63t of reinforcement and 405m3 of concrete.

The site is located in East Ayrshire near to the village of New Cumnock. When built, it will be capable of producing up to 70MW of electricity and power for 68,000 average UK households.
