Last week we topped out on a luxury 20-storey student residential scheme in Leeds city centre for client Infinity Construction Enterprise Limited, part of the YPP Group, and today we bring you a video showing the behind the scenes work taking place on this Modern Methods of Construction project.

Our Live Oasis St Alban’s Place has been shortlisted for Building Project Of The Year at the Constructing Excellence Yorkshire and Humber Awards. This recognition is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and innovation of our talented teams we have been working with throughout the whole building process.

A total of 212 studio apartments will be provided in the Live Oasis St Albans Place development, featuring kitchens, bedroom, en suites, storage and living facilities. The range of communal spaces will include a gym, meeting rooms, multimedia room, communal lounge and kitchen, study spaces, wellbeing lounge and eighth floor roof terrace. The property will be aligned to the existing Live Oasis brand.

The design builds on the client’s reputation for high-quality studio-based student accommodation, with a luxurious interior design and enhanced amenity space.
