Farrans celebrates Pride 2023

We have been celebrating Pride month from 1st June – 30th June 2023 as part of our wider Creating a Better Place to Work Calendar.

Farrans is focused on making our workplace and our industry as inclusive as we can. It is our collective responsibility to ensure that construction and civil engineering is welcoming for everyone.

We promote, advocate for and encourage inclusion and diversity throughout the company and within our industry.

This year we have an action-packed month to take part in including:

• Lunch and Learn and Listen and Learn sessions with excellent and insightful speakers.
• Free Pride t-shirts for our employees who are attending a parade this year.
• A Colourful Clothing Day and coffee morning at our offices and sites.
• Resources and assets for our employees and managers to mark Pride 2023 together.

Pride is just one part of our wider work in this area as we look at what more we can do to support all of our colleagues to BE WHO YOU ARE.
